The layout of the new energy power supply system for the rail welding machine is divided into a battery compartment and an electrical compartment, and the architecture design fully meets the power supply demand of a peak current of 2000A during rail welding.
1. The battery compartment is mainly equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries, supercapacitors, cooling air conditioning, fire protection, etc;
2. The electrical compartment is mainly equipped with high-power bidirectional DC/AC converters, bidirectional DC/DC converters, transformers, distribution cabinets, etc.
